We offer a wide range of bakes and cakes which are rotated regularly. We offer a build your own box system for ordering online.
Postal boxes are too big to fit through all standard letterboxes, if you aren't going to be in to receive your delivery please make sure to update your tracking info with Royal Mail or rearrange delivery.
We use Royal Mail service for UK orders, at present time we do not ship to Republic of Ireland. This service aims to deliver the next working day, however this is not guaranteed, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to arrive. By placing an order with us you agree to this.
As we post perishable food items we have a no refund policy as they cannot be resold. We ensure your bakes are wrapped individually so they leave in perfect condition and with the utmost care is taken. If your parcel arrives damaged please email within 24 hours, photos must be supplied (outer packaging, box and bakes, please leave bakes in the box as you have found on opening). We will then contact Royal Mail on your behalf and make a claim to get a refund for you, you will be refunded once Royal Mail has concluded their complaints process and a refund is processed.
If your order is lost or missing we will work alongside you as best we can to contact Royal Mail, a refund will only be provided once Royal Mail has concluded their process and a refund is issued by them.
Please ensure you profile all the correct information i.e. email, address etc as this will be used by Royal Mail to process the tracking and delivery of your bakes. We are not liable for any mistakes in the incorrect details being supplied on ordering,
If an incorrect address has been submitted when ordering please email correct details straight away to sugarrushfermanagh44@gmail.com using your customer number. We will try our best to rectify the mistake before postage labels are generated however this cannot be guaranteed.
It is advised to refrigerate your bakes in an airtight container when they arrive especially in the warmer temperatures. Bakes will be fresh up to 10 days. In the event of higher temperatures than normal we are not responsible for the bakes once they are with the courier. If in the event we think the temperatures will greatly affect the bakes we may delay posting. We would contact you if this occurs.
