 Postal Boxes

• Please be aware the postal boxes are too big to fit through all standard letterboxes. If you aren't going to be in to receive your bakes, please make sure to update your tracking info with a safe space / neighbour.  We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries. It is your responsibility to liaise with the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. Courier assumes responsibility for your bakes as soon as we drop them off at the counter.
• Please make sure you provide the correct email address / information when ordering as these are the details supplied to the courier. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details supplied to us by you.
• The products ordered are made freshly. We cannot be held liable for products held up in the postal system and as such will not be liable for any deterioration of the products in these circumstances.
• Our bakes are made to order so unfortunately we can't exchange these once they're baked. However, if we've made a mistake or there's a problem with your order, please message us (either via DM on Facebook or Instagram, or send us a message through the contact us page) and we'll resolve any problems.
• We use Royal Mail for all orders. Although the service we use aims to deliver the next working day this is not guaranteed, so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery of your order. 
  It is advised to refrigerate your order when it arrives especially in warmer months. Bakes will be fresh up to 10 days after arrival.
• Please inspect your order upon receiving your bakes and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the outer packaging, box and bakes and email these to sugarrushfermanagh44@gmail.com We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by you or by a courier. In exceptional circumstances, if a return is agreed with us, the product must be returned unopened and at the customer’s expense in order for an investigation to take place. The item is not re-sold but is required as part of our waste reduction policy. No refunds will be processed until the returned item is received and inspected. We may be able to offer a gesture of goodwill as credit to use within our business. 
• We will only replace items if we have sent the wrong items. Please contact sugarrushfermanagh44@gmail.com, the provision of this clause does not affect your statutory rights. You must send pictures of wrong items received to the above email address.
• Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept the return of any of our products  owing merely to a dislike of the taste.
• All bakes pictured are representative of the items for sale and as such, items may vary slightly to those pictured on the website.
• Bakes may arrive looking unsettled, we package our bakes as best as possible for their journey to you, however please be mindful they may have unsettled through the postage system.
• Sugar Rush reserves the right to withdraw offers and/or promotions at any time and when/where it is deemed that the good nature of the offer and/or promotion is being abused.
• Our bakery handles all allergens and as such we advise anyone with a severe allergy to please read our allergen information carefully to ensure our delicious bakes will be safe for you to enjoy, and that our kitchen handling wont affect you.
